Frequently Asked Questions
What items cannot be returned?
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened personal care items, swimwear, or intimate apparel. Sale items marked as final sale are also non-returnable.

Local Delivery
Free Delivery to anywhere in San Jose and neighboring cities. Offered through MTC.
Delivery Information
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days.
